A strong work ethic and adherence to all safety processes is essential. - Understands and follows safety rules and precautions necessary for working in and around a manufacturing environment - Safely operating a variety of power tools including electric and pneumatic - Banding and clearing all lines and placing products in outside racks - Marks part numbers, order numbers, and the number of pieces on parts. Attaches identification tags as required for customer to have the ability locate correct parts. - Provide cost-saving suggestions and ideas to improve productivity and eliminate waste - Maintains continuous improvement practices in work area. - Inspect work visually for defects according to Quality Systems - Read a tape measure, write, and follow posted schedules - Team player and keeping safety first - May be assigned other projects and duties as designated by Team Leader - Willing/able to work overtime ## Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) - A minimum of one year of related work experience in manufacturing or comparable work environment - A minimum of one year operating manufacturing machinery and/or equipment - Good Communication Skills - Basic Computer Skills - Experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment and nail guns - Able to use of measuring gauges - Able to read a tape measure - Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist ## Additional Information Site Address: 1326 Paddock Place Woodland CA 95776 This is a position with the potential of overtime. The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year. The US pay range for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.)
