Production Assembler's are responsible for performing entry level duties necessary for the assembly of coolers or sub-assemblies and final production line duties. Production Assembler's contributes to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing facility in the following areas: - **Safety** - Must be able to wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) - Ability to cross conveyor line - Identifies safety hazards - Reports any safety concerns - Must be able to left 5-50lbs as part of the job function - **Quality** - Verifies quality on a continuing basis - Identify and record any issues relating to product, processes and /or quality - Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels - **Productivity** - Use of hand tools adn portable power tools - Ise of standard measuring instruments, jigs, fixtures, and simple gauges - Cleaning and crating of units - Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision - Interact professionally with other employees - Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments - Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees Medical Benefits are offered 1st month after hire! Plus earn a monthly production bonus for every hour worked in a month for reaching production targets! Shift is Monday thru Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm (10hrs), with Friday overtime when needed.
