The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of assembly work in a manufacturing environment and be able to understand and demonstrate the following: - Proper use of Measuring Equipment (Vernier Calipers, Comparative measuring devices, etc.) - Understanding of providing quality outputs that meet customer and company drawings - Properly prepare quality and process related documents (QAS sheets, PPH Rate sheets, etc.). - Experience with the manufacturing of magazine and firearm components. **COMPETENCIES:** - Accountable for effective productivity. - Works under the guidelines of all safety protocols and procedures. - Provide cohesive support to a team-oriented unit. - Communicates effectively both verbally and within the scope of any necessary documentation.
