##### Product Trainee Program - Stockholm *Shape how customers discover and experience our products.* Avarda's Product Trainee Program is an 18-month, learn-by-doing program for early-career talent who want to build a career in product. From day one you join a real team with a home domain and contribute to real work — supported by a dedicated mentor and structured exposure across our platform — with the possibility of growing into a junior Product Manager role. ##### What you'll do Based in Stockholm, you'll join our Customer Acquisition & Experience track, working across the customer-facing surface — public web, checkout and post-purchase journeys. You'll build a deep understanding of how customers discover, apply for and interact with Avarda products, with a strong focus on conversion, onboarding flows, and the handoff between acquisition and servicing. Over the program you'll grow toward owning the requirements and roadmap input for a customer touchpoint end to end. ##### **Especially relevant for this track:** - Results-driven, with a strong interest in customer acquisition, digital customer journeys and user experience. - Passionate about customer-centric products that balance business growth, data insight and a seamless experience across the full lifecycle — onboarding, activation, engagement and retention. - A collaborative, analytical team player who thrives in cross-functional settings with product, tech, design and commercial teams. ##### Who you are We hire for mindset and potential, not ready-made expertise. - You learn fast and stay curious — you want to understand the why, and you're comfortable when things are complex or evolving. - You think critically — you weigh trade-offs and challenge ideas constructively rather than settling for the obvious answer. - You take ownership — you drive things forward and follow through without being chased. - You communicate clearly in English and collaborate easily across product, tech and business. - You're a team player with low ego — happy to do what's needed, focused on outcomes over status. - You're genuinely interested in digital products and how they create value for customers and the business. ##### Nice to have - Some exposure to AI tools or AI-assisted workflows. - A basic understanding of digital platforms, APIs or multi-sided markets. - You're a recent graduate or early in your career.
