Kansas City Hyundai is looking for a **Customer Experience Product Specialist** to help our customers get the most out of their new Hyundai. This is **not a sales position.** It's a customer-focused role centered around education, technology, and creating an exceptional ownership experience. If you're patient, enjoy teaching others, and have a passion for the latest technology, we'd love to meet you. You'll become the expert on Hyundai's innovative technology and safety features while ensuring every customer leaves excited, confident, and completely comfortable with their new vehicle. ### What You'll Do - Become an expert on Hyundai technology, safety systems, and connected features. - Welcome customers and deliver a VIP vehicle-delivery experience. - Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features. - Teach customers how to use Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, Bluetooth, BlueLink®, navigation, driver-assistance features, and other technology. - Answer customer questions and make technology easy to understand. - Make follow-up Customer Satisfaction (CSI) phone calls after delivery. - Ensure every customer is completely satisfied and comfortable with their new vehicle. - Take photos and videos of the delivery for our social media pages. - Work alongside our sales and management teams to create an outstanding customer experience. ### Who We're Looking For - Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for technology and learning new things. - Patient, positive, and enthusiastic personality. - Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone. - Social media experience is a plus. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Automotive experience is **not required**—we'll teach you everything you need to know. ### Compensation & Benefits - **Hourly pay plus performance bonuses.** - **Weekly pay.** - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. - 401(k) retirement plan. - **3 weeks of paid vacation after your first year.** - Paid training and continuous development. ### Build a Career with Kansas City Hyundai This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry.
