The role provides exposure to complex digital solutions and the chance to influence products that support business growth and user experience. ### Accountabilities: The Product Owner (Pleno) will be responsible for managing product evolution by acting as the bridge between business objectives and technology execution. The role requires strong ownership of the product backlog, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to prioritize initiatives that maximize customer and business value. - Manage, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog according to business objectives and customer needs. - Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear product solutions and development priorities. - Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure requirements are well structured for agile teams. - Facilitate refinement sessions with development teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the delivery process. - Support functional validations, testing, and product approval processes to ensure quality outcomes. - Monitor product indicators, performance metrics, and evolution opportunities to drive continuous improvement. - Act as the main connection point between business areas and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, roadmap evolution, and strategic product decisions. - Contribute to process improvements through agile practices and data-driven insights. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate has experience in product management or business analysis roles, with strong knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to operate effectively between business and technology teams.
