The ideal candidate is a team player with strong proficiency in spoken and written Turkish and English, and experience in business analysis and project management. As a PO at NewMind AI, you will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into functional specifications for AI solutions, collaborating with various departments to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights. You will identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI, develop and manage AI projects, and ensure AI solutions meet stakeholder needs by effectively communicating technical concepts. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest AI trends, analyze and report on key business metrics, develop and maintain dashboards and reports, foster collaboration across teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders, conduct market research, and provide strategic recommendations to the management team. **III - What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** **(i) Project Management**: Oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. **(ii) Product Management**: Work closely with product teams to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and ensure successful product launches. Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement. **(iii) Track and Report Data**: Collect, analyze, and report on key business metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.
