Product Manager — Property Management Platform

This role offers hands-on responsibility, exposure to a regulated banking environment, and rapid professional growth as you scale product practices across teams and locations. } } ; { your_responsibilities: [ Own and continuously evolve the Product Roadmap, making priorities, milestones and cross-team dependencies transparent to stakeholders. Maintain a continuously prioritized Product Backlog, ensuring user stories meet Definition of Ready with clear acceptance criteria and are aligned to roadmap objectives. Lead and facilitate discovery activities (user research, prototyping, experiments) with UX and engineering to validate problems before building. Drive delivery of customer-facing increments with measurable adoption and business impact; define and track success metrics and instrumentation. Coordinate release planning, manage cross-team dependencies, and improve delivery predictability and throughput. Reduce rework and time-to-value by improving requirements clarity, earlier validation and close collaboration with engineering and QA. Champion data-informed prioritization and collaborate with stakeholders to balance customer value, technical sustainability and compliance. ] } ; { following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [ 3–7+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role within software product delivery. Proven experience working in agile teams (Scrum and/or Kanban) and strong backlog management, prioritization, and refinement skills. Experience owning product roadmaps and coordinating cross-team dependencies and releases. Excellent user story writing and acceptance criteria definition. Demonstrable experience running discovery activities and partnering with UX and engineering to validate solutions. Strong analytical mindset; experience defining and tracking product KPIs and using analytics to drive decisions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working in cross-functional international teams. Fluent in English (written and spoken). German is a plus but not required. Experience with API-driven software environments and familiarity with regulatory/compliance considerations in banking or financial services.
