About the role We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the execution and performance of our sustaining activities and legacy smoke and CO alarm portfolios in assigned categories and regions. Reporting to the Associate Director Product Management, this role is responsible for owning and driving the product lifecycle, ensuring strong alignment to customer needs, regulatory dynamics, and business objectives. The role will have primary responsibility for designated European markets, acting as the product and commercial expert while working closely with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver growth and profitability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Operations, Compliance & Lifecycle Management Manage legacy and sustain portfolios across EMEA, driving lifecycle extensions, SKU optimization, and rationalization strategies Support customers and sales teams, ensuring seamless delivery of accurate technical data and maintaining consistency Lead environmental compliance data management and coordinate strategic responses to regulatory requirements Define product priorities and lifecycle decisions based on commercial impact and strategic fit Market & Regional Ownership Act as the primary product management interface for designated European markets, driving localized product strategies and commercial alignment Continuously evaluate regional portfolio performance, customer requirements, and local market dynamics Translate market insights and technical customer needs into actionable product and go-to-market strategies Act as the voice of the customer within the organization for product enhancements and ongoing technical requirements Performance Ownership & Commercial Accountability Own product performance KPIs including revenue, growth, adoption, and margin for the assigned portfolio Monitor and analyse product performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and market position Support pricing strategies and commercial decision-making to maximise value creation Partner with sales teams to translate product strategy into revenue-generating initiatives Cross-Functional Collaboration & NPD Support Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, PMO, and Marketing to execute the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of maintenance initiatives Execute foundational product data setups and support data requirements for new product development (NPD) prior to market launch to ensure a seamless transition to the sustain phase Ensure marketing materials and product communications are continuously verified, accurate, and aligned with product specifications TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE Experience in product management, preferably within fire safety, electrical, or regulated technical products Strong understanding of European standards, compliance requirements, and certification frameworks Proven ability to own product performance and drive commercial outcomes Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong communication skills across technical and commercial audiences Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in business, engineering, marketing, or a related discipline What we offer We offer excellent development opportunities, a…
