Product Manager, Asset Management

It is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining customer empathy, technical understanding, and data-driven decision-making to create exceptional products. ### Accountabilities: - Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the asset management product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. - Gather and translate customer feedback, market trends, and industry insights into clear product priorities and actionable initiatives. - Act as a subject matter expert for asset management solutions, advocating for users and promoting product innovation across internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to convert requirements into user stories, feature specifications, and technical priorities. - Manage product backlogs and support Agile development processes to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. - Partner with customer success and implementation teams to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes. - Develop data-driven business cases and leverage analytics and AI-driven insights to inform prioritization and identify growth opportunities. - Support go-to-market activities, including product demonstrations, customer education initiatives, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. - Monitor product performance, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to continuously improve product capabilities and user experience. - Represent the product portfolio at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions as a product evangelist and trusted advisor. ## Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, GovTech, infrastructure management, or related technology environments. - Strong experience translating customer needs and market insights into product strategies, roadmaps, and feature priorities. - Familiarity with GIS technologies, asset management platforms, or public-sector software solutions is highly preferred. - Solid understanding of SaaS architectures and modern cloud environments, including technologies such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure. - Knowledge of web application frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar technologies and their impact on user experience design. - Experience working within Agile environments and utilizing tools such as Jira for product planning and execution. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to support decision-making and prioritization. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric value propositions. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, sales, customer success, and executive leadership teams. - Bachelor's degree in GIS, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, strong customer empathy, and a passion for building i…
