About the Role As a Medior Product Designer, you are a skilled, independent craftsperson on our team. You are passionate about understanding people and translating complex business requirements into intuitive, beautiful and highly effective digital experiences. You work as a versatile, T-shaped UX/UI professional, finding the sweet spot where user needs, business goals and enterprise-grade technology intersect. In this role, you will take ownership of designing end-to-end digital products as well as high-performing, UX-optimized email designs and campaigns. You will collaborate closely with strategists, developers and product owners to craft solutions for some of the world's most iconic brands. What you'll do: End-to-End UX/UI Design: Translate user insights, brand values and business requirements into clear wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes and polished final interfaces for both digital products (apps/web) and email communications. Email & Lifecycle Design: Apply UX/UI best practices to email marketing, newsletters and transactional communication flows, ensuring high engagement, accessibility and responsiveness across all devices and email clients. Design System Management: Contribute to and champion our clients’ multi-brand design systems, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and visual consistency across all digital touchpoints. Research & Validation: Conduct and lead benchmark research and validation sessions to back your design decisions with data and feedback. Developer Collaboration & Handover: Work closely with front-end and email developers to ensure a smooth handover, pixel-perfect execution and technical feasibility.
