Experience various challenges to deliver a new financial experience to users. End-to-end UX/UI design for products and services within the PayPay ecosystems Design UX strategies based on project and business goals Create design concepts using techniques such as user personas and journey maps UX flow and UI design based on concept Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis using questionnaires and interviews Analyze and suggest improvements using numerical analysis tools Other wide range of work related to product design, such as organizing design workshops ポジション概要 エンジニアやプロダクトマネージャーと共に、ユーザー体験を第一に考えた新機能の開発や既存機能の改善を行います。ユーザーに新しい金融体験を届けるための様々なチャレンジが可能です。 PayPayエコシステムにおけるプロダクト・サービスのend-to-endのUX/UIデザイン プロジェクト目標およびビジネス目標に沿ったUX戦略の設計 ユーザーペルソナ、ジャーニーマップの作成などフレームワークを用いたデザインコンセプトの作成 コンセプトを元にしたUXフロー、UIデザイン アンケートやインタビューを用いた定量・定性調査、分析 数値分析ツールを用いた分析と改善の提案 その他、デザインワークショップの開催など、プロダクトデザインに関わる幅広い業務 The Experiences You Will Gain You will gain insights into FinTech apps from around the world through competitive analysis and qualitative and quantitative user research.
