RESPONSIBILITIES Product Strategy - Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business goals and user needs into actionable design solutions. - Contribute to the vision and strategy for your product area, ensuring designs align with customer outcomes and company priorities. - Participate in user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses and improve design decisions. Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility throughout the product development process. Execution - Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate interaction and design intent. - Create and maintain visual assets, components, and design patterns aligned with LeanData’s brand and design system. - Deliver detailed specifications and interaction documentation for developers to ensure design quality and consistency. - Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and data insights to continuously refine the experience. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively. Collaboration and Influence - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to deliver cohesive, high-quality user experiences. - Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners. - Participate in regular design critiques — offering and receiving constructive feedback to elevate team output. - Help evolve the design system and collaborate with engineering to ensure consistent implementation across products. Impact - Deliver designs that drive measurable impact on user satisfaction, adoption, and engagement. - Support and measure post-launch outcomes to identify opportunities for iteration and improvement. - Contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement within the team. - Shape experiences that help customers accelerate revenue and realize value from LeanData’s products. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for web applications or SaaS products. - Proven ability to design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences. - Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). - Experience working within an established brand or design system. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, user-centered design. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in B2B SaaS or marketing automation products (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot). - Familiarity with Agile product development processes. - Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they influence design feasibility. - Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system. - Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, visual design, and interaction design skills.
