You define creative vision for major product initiatives and set the standard by designing cornerstone work yourself. Your leadership is grounded in craft — you inspire by showing, not just telling. What you'll do Set the design vision and direction for significant product areas. Drive innovation that distinguishes our product in the market. Lead complex design systems work that scales across the organization. Connect user needs with business strategy to create compelling experiences. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape product roadmaps. Foster design excellence across teams through mentorship and guidance. What you'll bring 14+ years of product design experience. Deep mastery of design craft, systems thinking, and strategic planning. Proven ability to drive business impact through design excellence. Experience building and nurturing high-performing design teams. Strong thought leadership and ability to influence across the organization.
