We pair a timeless game with modern social, competitive, and live‑ops experiences, and we're always pushing to make the game look, feel, and play better. # Role Overview We're looking for a talented and driven **Product Designer** to join our Product Art & Design team. You'll help shape the look and feel of Lord of the Board, taking creative ownership of features and events that millions of players interact with every day. Working closely with Product, Development, and Art, you'll own the user experience, visual concepts, and game UI that bring new features to life. # Responsibilities - Take full creative ownership of features and live events that millions of players engage with - Work closely with Product Managers, developers, and artists to understand feature mechanics and requirements and turn them into clear, polished design - Design fun, intuitive, pixel‑perfect interfaces that are consistent with the game's art style and tone - Build and maintain UX flows, layouts, and reusable UI components - from first concept through final delivery - Share and discuss UX/UI solutions with the team to push forward the game's visual language and design quality # Requirements - **3+ years** designing UI/UX for mobile games - features and live events - An impressive portfolio demonstrating: - Excellent UI craft, creativity, and strong attention to detail - Flows and layouts with pixel‑perfect execution - Feature design including logos, icons, and UI panels - Solid command of **color theory, composition, typography, layout design, and UI animation** - **Expert in Figma** - components, variants, auto‑layout, prototyping, and working within a shared design system - **Expert in Photoshop** - layer comps, smart objects, non‑destructive editing with adjustment layers and masks, layer styles, and clean asset export - Openness to adopting new tools and **AI‑assisted design workflows** - A team player: accountable, dependable, a strong communicator, and open to giving and receiving feedback - A product mindset - understanding of product needs and goals, and a genuine passion for games and interfaces # Advantage - Hands‑on experience using **AI tools in the design workflow** (generative image and ideation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and eagerness to work within an AI‑assisted design pipeline - Experience designing for **social, multiplayer, or live‑ops‑driven** games - Motion / UI animation skills (After Effects or equivalent) - Experience in working with Unity # Benefits - Cibus meal card with a monthly allowance of ILS 1,000 - Sick leave starting from the first day of employment - Half-day off on select holiday eves, in addition to statutory and contractual entitlements - An extra vacation day accrued for each year of employment - Company shuttle service from Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, and Herzliya - Study fund (Keren Hishtalmut) starting from the first day of employment
