We're Australia's data centre, cloud, cyber security and telecom provider for mid-market and enterprise customers, and we're growing. We're looking for a Product Delivery Lead — a hands-on Applications Product Owner and technical Business Analyst to join one of our IT Delivery squads. You will own a portfolio of internal applications spanning custom .NET solutions, SaaS platforms and modern microservices, working side by side in a squad with a small team of software engineers to design, prioritise and ship solutions that deliver measurable value to the business. AI is central to how we work, you'll use tools like Claude and Copilot every day to accelerate analysis, prototype solutions and automate the repetitive parts of delivery. You'll help identify where AI and automation can improve both customer and employee experiences across your product portfolio. This is a hands-on role where you'll influence strategic outcomes, drive continuous improvement, shape roadmaps and deliver innovative solutions across your portfolio and the Group.
