Product Data Coordinator

**POSITION SUMMARY** Responsible for all HMNA New Machine Order Engineering data and documentation completion. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** - On a computer- Build new machine data in order system for Mechanical and Electrical areas - On a computer- Manage data input for Machine changes in our system - On a computer- Create and order data plates for Machine - On a computer- Create USBs using our internal system to support Machine build. - Print and assemble Production Binder for Floor support - Print and assemble Customer Binders for new machine - Print Labels for production machines and assembly - Request Documentation, machine layouts and communicate with Germany - .Support all aspects of New build order Engineering tasks **QUALIFICATIONS:** - High School diploma, or education in process to achieve - Associates degree - Minimum 2 years in data entry and Office environment **SKILLS & ABILITIES:** - Ability to apply a critical thought process to tasks - Ability to work independently, self-starter Exceptional organizational skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent customer service and telephone skills. - Ability to multitask - Team player - MS Office Suite - SAP experience preferred - Speak German language is preferred but not required. **WORK ENVIRONMENT** - Typical office environment, typical office hours / flexible schedule – on-site required
