**GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for efficiently and accurately handling products in and out of the warehouse facility. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Responsible for efficiently and accurately handling products in and out of the warehouse facility. - Check, verify, and audit merchandise to ensure that picks are correct; ordered merchandise has been received; that merchandise is as ordered and not damaged or defective; enter data into remote data terminal. - Identify, separate, label, and palletize merchandise. - Fill merchandise orders accurately by selecting and moving products from pick locations to the staging area. - Filling orders by pre-assembling individual items into ready-to-ship kits. - Report damages and/or vendor compliance issues to the supervisor. - Partner with the supervisor to resolve problems or discrepancies. - Meet safety, productivity, and quality standards. - Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned, such as kitting, boxing, cycle count inventory, and inspecting stock. - All other duties as assigned. **REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:** - Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. - Experience with inventory/cycle counting a plus. - Sufficient literacy to read and understand item code labels. - Forklift experience is required. Certification is a plus. We will train. **QUALIFICATIONS:** - Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required to be successful in this position. - Reliable attendance is required to be successful in this position. - Basic computer skills - Solid basic math skills are a must for daily tasks and year-end inventory. They include fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. - Ability to work in and promote a team environment. - Work performed in a warehouse-type facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions. - Work surfaces are concrete.
