About the Role We're looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to support SLA monitoring and tracking, provider expansion, and automation initiatives. This role owns operational workflows end-to-end with a strong emphasis on metrics, tracking, and identifying where processes are off track. This individual will partner closely with product, integrations, and engineering to move work from manual support toward scalable automation.
