This role works closely with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to gather pricing information, analyze project specifications, and develop competitive bids. Key Responsibilities - Review blueprints, project specifications, and bid documents - Work with project managers to create accurate material, labor, and equipment cost estimates - Request and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing - Develop detailed project quotes and proposals - Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to ensure quote accuracy - Maintain pricing databases and vendor relationships - Track project costs and assist with budget forecasting - Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards - Ensure deadlines for bid submissions are met - Assist in contract and scope review processes Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, quoting, or project coordination - Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ documentation review - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software - Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills - Strong communication and negotiation abilities - High attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications - Experience with RFP/RFQ procurement process - Knowledge of Excel, PDF, WORD, and quote tracking software - Familiarity with subcontractor coordination and procurement processes Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year # About Us We are proud to be 100% Native American/Navajo owned, offering diversified areas of expertise.
