Process Technician - Solar Cell Module Manufacturing

The Role: As a Process Technician at Solestial, you will play a hands-on role in building our next-generation solar modules by following established manufacturing processes. This includes both manual and automated production, requiring the safe operation of solar module equipment and Solestial's R&D manufacturing line. You will also support engineers as we transition our solar module manufacturing processes to a high-volume production environment. In our large-scale manufacturing line, Process Technicians perform operational preventive maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot intermediate-level equipment alarms, execute basic quality control procedures, and use hand tools and production systems to keep manufacturing running safely and efficiently.
