**Duties and Responsibilities:** 1. This position is a developmental position to provide experience for becoming a Process Technician I. 2. Responsible for achieving Safety, Quality and Productivity goals. 3. Responsible for maintaining Safety, GMP, SQF and Quality Compliance while performing all daily tasks. 4. Responsible for operation and basic repairs and maintenance of all production equipment, as per Technical Units (100 Level) 1. 1. Vision Systems-101 Level 2. UTC Printing Systems, including Promotins-101 Level 3. Desco Printing Systems-101 Level 4. All Sacmi and JB Tool Assembly Machines-101 Level 2. Ensure all equipment is operating within the established operating parameters 3. Responsible for minimizing downtime and accurately recording all downtime in the approved system 4. Responsible for completing all order changes accurately and efficiently and documenting all action 5. Ensure quality standards and maintained during machine repairs and troubleshooting 6. May be required to perform quality checks 7. Responsible for performing specific daily cleaning per the Master Cleaning Schedule 8. May be assigned to work on special projects. 9. Perform all other duties as assigned. **Supervisory Responsibilities: n/a** **Educational and Other Skills Requirements:** - Must have completed High School or GED - Certification in a mechanical curriculum is desired. - Must pass the mechanical comprehension test. - Must have passed the work skills tests. - Must be a detailed oriented person - Must be able to multi-task - Must possess exceptional organizational skills - Must be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends - May not be on any discipline level. - Must be able to communicate exceptionally well, verbally and written. - Must have knowledge of desktop computers and various software. - Must be a Tech ll for a minimum of 6 months. - Has demonstrated self-motivation, organization and attention to detail **Additional information:** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
