Our mission is to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant services while maintaining the highest standards of quality. **Position Overview** This is a **1099 independent contractor position**, with **weekly compensation based on completed jobs**. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery. **Ideal candidates include:** - Experienced Process Servers - Licensed Private Investigators - Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals **Key Responsibilities** - Make diligent service attempts: - Up to 3 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.) - **Activate cases within 24 hours** of receiving documents (via FedEx or email) - **Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours** of service completion - Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to: - Upload photo evidence of addresses - Submit detailed attempt notes - Record service or non-service outcomes **Requirements** - Judge signed court appointments - Reliable transportation - Valid driver’s license - Active auto insurance - Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications - Strong communication and documentation skills - Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
