With 1800+ employees in more than 30 countries and over 75 years of experience, we are the trusted, global, long-term partner for the world’s leading OEMs. ## Job Description **Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000** **Position Summary** Support the evaluation, validation, and documentation of new and existing processes. Will also be responsible for providing support to the CNC department by programming, set-up, and troubleshooting. **Essential Functions** **** - Responsible for released machines, tools, and processes - Provide process documentation (work instructions, box counts, operator training documents, etc.) - Lead cross-functional teams to develop PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Diagrams - Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential changes in production methods - Drive continuous improvement of existing processes to reduce waste ## Qualifications **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** - Must be able to work in a team setting - Experience with automated machinery - Analytical, able to solve complex technical problems - Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings - Experience with Solidworks and/or equivalent 3d modeling software - PFMEA, PFD, and control plan experience - CNC programming utilizing CAD/CAM software; preferably ESPRIT **Education /** **Experience** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology or equivalent experience. - 3-5 years’ manufacturing experience in a CNC setting ## Additional Information **What We Offer:** - Competitive compensation packages - Paid Time Off (starts at 17 days a year) - Medical, Dental, Vision - Generous 401k match - Education tuition reimbursement program - Opportunities for Advancement - Comprehensive Training Program and access to Online Learning All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
