We're looking for a **Process Operator** to operate and monitor key production systems, both in the control room and on the plant floor. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring our chemical processes run safely, smoothly, and efficiently. **What You’ll Do:** - Operate process equipment such as pumps, valves, tanks, filtration systems, and more - Monitor systems using digital controls (e.g., DCS, SCADA) and respond to alarms or deviations - Load raw materials and assist with batch production, in-process checks, and equipment cleaning - Record production data and shift details with accuracy and attention to detail - Work closely with team members, supervisors, and support teams to maintain quality and flow - Follow safety protocols and environmental standards with precision - Handle chemicals using proper PPE and safe handling procedures - Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment - Perform other duties as needed to support production goals **What We’re Looking For:** - High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred - Prior experience in chemical or industrial manufacturing highly preferred - Familiarity with operating procedures, safety standards, and control room systems - Ability to read P&IDs, SOPs, and safety documentation (SDS) - Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, noisy, or confined spaces with PPE - Clear, effective communicator and dependable team player - Forklift/power jack experience or certification strongly preferred - Must be available to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime **Physical & Environmental Requirements:** This role is hands-on and physically active.
