**Process Operator** Location: Pan Mine, Ely Nevada Schedule: Rotating 12-hour Day/Night Shifts Department: Process Operations Compensation $28.28 to $44.00 (DOE and skill level) - Opportunities for advancement through structured operator progression levels Reports to: Process Supervisor **Position Overview:** We are seeking a safety-driven and mechanically inclined Process Operator to support crushing, conveying, and ADR plant operations at our Nevada surface gold mine. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant production processes. If you have crusher, loader, or process plant experience and thrive in a hands-on mining environment, we encourage you to apply. **Duties:** - Operate and monitor crushing and conveying systems - Safely operate a CAT 988 class loader to feed the crushing circuit - Conduct daily equipment inspections and hazard identification - Assist maintenance teams during scheduled crusher down days - Monitor conveyor belt tracking, tail-pulley and head-pulley operations - Perform cleanup around the crusher using skid steer or manual tools - Support ADR plant functions including: - Carbon advancement - Carbon acid wash - Carbon stripping - Chemical titrations - Maintain production and maintenance reports - Communicate effectively using radio systems **What We’re Looking For:** - 2–3 years of crusher, loader, or process operations experience preferred - Experience in carbon adsorption (ADR) plants preferred - Strong safety mindset and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and meet production goals - Excellent attendance and reliability - Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights) **Experience Required:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid clean Driver’s License required - MSHA training (or ability to obtain) - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Ability to work outdoors in mining conditions What We Offer - Competitive compensation - Safety-focused work environment - Opportunity to grow within a developing Nevada gold operation - Team-oriented culture built on accountability and operational excellence **Equal Opportunity Employer** Mining Americas, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
