Process Operations Technician III - Dip Braze

\*3,000 sign on bonus \* The Process Operations Technician III combines fabrication skills and the use of composite materials to manufacture assemblies. Manufacture components and assemblies from raw materials by following written process and verbal instructions. ### Responsibilities - Work from process routing cards and detailed procedures, or verbal instructions to manufacture a variety of products - Use tooling/fixturing for alignment and processing during the manufacturing process - Set up and operate various types of equipment while maintaining a safe environment, including but not limited to: ovens, coating and plating baths, alignment and measuring equipment, exhaust hoods and sanding tables and others as require - Mix materials such as resins, catalysts and fillers according to process instructions - Apply, cure and sand filler materials used to remove pin-holes and smooth imperfections in preparation for painting process - Cut material to size, using shears, knives, cutters, scissors, router, or saw ### Qualifications Experience: - Minimum of four (4) years of experience in area of responsibility. ### About the Company **About Frontgrade** At Frontgrade, we build mission-critical electronics that perform without compromise in the world’s most demanding environments, from deep space to national defense.
