**Process Maintenance Technician** Location: Pan Mine, Ely Nevada Schedule: 4-10-hour shifts Department: Process Maintenance Reports to: Process Maintenance Supervisor Compensation: $30.00 per hour to $49.70 per hour (DOE and skill level) **Position Overview:** Mining Americas Inc. is seeking a motivated **Process Maintenance Technician** to join our maintenance team at **Pan Mine**, an open-pit heap leach gold operation located outside of Ely, Nevada. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the equipment that keeps our mine operations operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. If you enjoy troubleshooting mechanical equipment, solving problems, and working with a team that values safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, we'd like to hear from you. **What You’ll do:** - Follow all MSHA regulations, company safety standards, and environmental requirements - Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on fixed process plant equipment - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures to minimize downtime - Maintain crushers, conveyors, pumps, piping, ADR equipment, carbon handling systems, and water distribution systems - Install and replace bearings, shafts, seals, belts, chains, gearboxes, couplings, motors, and other rotating equipment - Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, rigging, and equipment change-outs - Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using the CMMS - Assist with plant shutdowns, inspections, and reliability improvement projects - Work closely with operations to safely maintain efficient gold production **What We’re Looking For:** - Three or more years of industrial or mining maintenance experience preferred - Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills - Experience with pumps, conveyors, crushers, piping systems, gearboxes, valves, and rotating equipment preferred - Welding and fabrication experience preferred - Basic hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting knowledge - Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals **Experience Required:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record What We Offer - Safety-focused work environment - Competitive compensation - Opportunity to grow within a developing Nevada gold operation - Team-oriented culture built on accountability and operational excellence **Equal Opportunity Employer** Mining Americas, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law. **All interested applicants are encouraged to apply at**
