If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you. ## Job Summary and Responsibilities **SUMMARY** The Process Engineer I shall monitor, administer, and manage Incident prevention responsibilities within the Inside Plant environment for the West Region. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following; other duties may be assigned: - Analyze and interpret comprehensive customer specifications, scope of work, and methods of procedure. · Assess how the customer's detailed engineering specifications align with the Co-Pilot program guidelines. · Perform daily Co-Pilot analysis for all new ISP projects nationwide. · Assign Co-Pilot turnbacks and identify the project's risk level rating according to the Co-Pilot program guidelines. · Competent using Microsoft BI tools for data analysis and identifying process improvements. · Reports the Co-Pilot program analysis bi-weekly with management to ensure organizational consistency. · Ability to offer direct and indirect technical support to field personnel and engineering teams. · Maintains a strong understanding of quality and process standards in the telecommunications industry. · Monitor current and emerging equipment types to identify risks relevant to incident prevention. · Carries out additional tasks as requested by the Manager ## Qualifications **QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
