Prepares equipment and assist physicians during treatments and exams. Performs general nursing activities, ensuring quality care and efficient patient flow. Oversees appointment scheduling, prioritizing emergency situations. Escorts patients to exam rooms within 15 minutes of arrival. Records patient vitals and screen medical information. Maintains and controls medical supplies and medication counts securely. Performs audio, vision, and spirometer tests for physical exams. Responds to patient-related phone calls within two hours and call in prescriptions within 30 minutes. Completes referrals, hospital admissions, and provide clear patient instructions. Documents patient conditions, reactions to medications, and all phone conversations accurately. Maintains patient records, ensuring all notes and documents are filed correctly.
