Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. **Secondary Job Duties That May be Reassigned:** 1. Gets and distributes incoming, outgoing and inter office mail. 2. Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records. 3. Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies. 4. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. ### Qualifications **Job Specifications:** - Education: High School graduate - Experience: Knowledge of software applications and administrative and clerical procedures. Proficient in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and other language skills. Proficient in keyboarding, data entry and business writing.
