Service Area: Charles City, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent, Powhatan and Richmond. Hours: PRN Flexible during the week. Compensation: This position is paid per visit, compensation for Administrative Hours $25.00, for Start Of Care $100.00 per event, and for Supervisory Visits $60.00 per event. Note: The final hourly rate offered is a good-faith estimate determined by the candidate�s experience, education, internal pay scales, and budgeted amount for this role. Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service. Follow up for unskilled services Present educational in-service trainings Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team REQUIREMENTS Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure. Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
