***A&C is hiring Home Care Staffing Coordinators. Main duties and responsibilities include:*** - ***Ensuring that the staff deliver high-quality and personalized care to clients*** - Recruiting, training and supervising staff and communicating the needs of clients to Nurses - Ensuring health and safety compliance - Liaising with local community organizations and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders - Ensuring that all activities such as personal care meet the required standards - Preparing reports related to the progress of clients - Planning and utilizing resources and staying updated with the clinical knowledge to ensure that clients receive the best care ***Skills & Qualifications*** - ***Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with different kinds of people*** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports - Passion for helping people and providing personalized care - Strong leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate others - In-depth understanding of the organization's policies and medical regulations - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for clients - Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time ***Experience requirements*** - ***Prefer candidates with work experience in home health care*** ***Salary: $18.00 - $25.00/hour*** ***Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401k and Life Insurance, PTO***
