Print Finishing Associate - 2nd Shift

Guided by our mission, we strive to be the trusted partner for organizations looking to achieve better results, **providing solutions that enhance brand engagement and performance.** * * * **Job Overview:** The **Print Finishing Associate** assists in all activities in our Bindery/Print Finishing Department to assemble a finished product, ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost, meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures. **Available Shifts and Pay Rates:** **2nd Shift:** Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. **Pay: $20.00-$24.00/hr** **Company Benefits:** **Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:** Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Short-term disability coverage 401(k) plan with company match And more! * * * **What You'll Do:** - Get daily assignments from the Team Lead. - Help produce accurate, high-quality products. - Meet production quantity goals. - Load products onto skids and prepare them for shipment. - Label, tag, and move finished products to staging or shipping areas. - Assist with special projects as assigned. - Complete required paperwork accurately. - Follow all safety rules and company procedures. - Keep the work area clean and organized. * * * **What We're Looking For:** - Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience required.
