This is a principal-level engineering role with full people management responsibility — you will both set the technical agenda and directly manage a team of 6–10 engineers. This role can be based in either our Mountain View, CA office or McLean, VA office, and is onsite in-office 5 days/week. Trust Graph and Work Profiles are growth areas at ID.me: Trust Graph underpins how we model relationships between identities, credentials, and confidence signals at scale; Work Profiles extends that foundation into enterprise and workforce contexts where organizational identity, entitlements, and delegated authority matter. Together, these systems must be highly reliable, well-modeled, and built to serve both consumer and enterprise use cases.
