The Principal Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and management of major products through the entire lifecycle. This role involves driving product vision, market analysis, and cross functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer needs and align with business goals. The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and beyond, ensuring the product’s success in the market. Product function participates in the development of document specifications that outline revisions or additional features of existing products, and the conception of new products. Completes market research to identify trends and/or needs of targeted clients/customers. Analyzes and compares competitor's product lines in relation to the organization's current offerings. Develops strategies for competitive positioning to increase sales and promotions. Serves as a liaison between other departments to gather client/customer feedback and disseminate information about the status of product development
