Principal Product Manager

Owns a high-impact, cross-functional product domain and guides both strategic direction and tactical execution. Act as a product leader, aligning teams, coaching peers, and influencing executive stakeholders. **Essential Responsibilities** - Define and lead product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap for high-priority, complex product areas based on stakeholder needs and business benefits. - Drive alignment across development, technology, marketing, and other cross-functional partners. - Use data to inform decisions and validate hypotheses through experimentation and analysis. - Deliver measurable impact through well-executed product launches and continuous iteration. - Translate market and customer insights into a compelling roadmap and actionable plans. - Represent the voice of the customer at every stage of product development. - Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to company-wide product direction and prioritization. - Serve as a thought leader within the product organization and mentor other product managers. **Education & Years of Experience** - Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors in Marketing, Technology, Business or Related - Minimum - 8 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related - Preferred - 8 (specific domain) **In Lieu of Education** - 10 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related within [specific domain] **License/Certifications/Training** - Preferred - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) **Compensation & Benefits:** **Typical hiring range:‏‏‎** ‎ $106,500.00 to $182,600.00‎ Annually.
