The person in this role will work from the Medtronic Operational HQ facility located in Fridley MN. This role will require up to 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects. The Principal Financial Analyst serves as a key financial leader supporting a portfolio of strategic GO&SC initiatives totaling approximately $0.7B in active investments. The role drives financial planning, forecasting, governance, and performance management from project inception through closeout. Partnering closely with project managers and cross-functional leaders, this individual will shape investment decisions, deliver actionable financial insights, mitigate risks, champion financial accountability, and ensure projects achieve targeted business outcomes.
