Role: Revenue Cloud Architect Lead Title: Principal Consultant What is the Role? Telus Digital, Salesforce practice is on the lookout for an experienced and driven Revenue Cloud Architect to join our Salesforce team. You will lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) solutions for enterprise clients. Leveraging your deep domain expertise and architectural experience, you will drive end-to-end implementations, guide strategic decisions, and ensure scalable, best-practice solutions that align with business goals. This role combines thought leadership, technical excellence, and client-facing consulting responsibilities. Responsibilities: - A Salesforce CPQ & Billing Solution Architect / Revenue Cloud Solution Architect would work directly with the project team and clients, gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement SFDC CPQ - Provide solutions leadership and best practices on the SFDC CPQ platform - Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions - Document As-Is business processes, business requirements, and solution designs for Salesforce platform - Work with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements - Work collaboratively with internal team members to design a solution that will meet the customer’s business requirements - Liaison between customer stakeholders and Sovereign CRM development/technical team to communicate requirements for solution design, development, testing, and implementation - Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements - Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities Qualifications: - Previous experience working within a Technical Senior Solution Engineer position in Software companies in the Salesforce Ecosystem - Experience in small, agile, and fast-moving Sales teams - Technical proficiency with Salesforce - a MUST - Technical proficiency with Multi-Cloud solutions - Technical proficiency with Integrations and Data Migrations - Strong Consulting Skills - Good understanding of modern systems architecture including on-premise and cloud-based solutions - Expert knowledge of the complete Sales lifecycle with extensive experience responding to sales RFIs/RFPs and configuring software demos at very high levels of quality - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent presentation and customer-facing skills - Experience and desire to work within a fast-paced, iterative Sales and Development environment Soft skills: - People leadership — Must have demonstrated leadership skills in developing and growing long term, high value client relationships - Teamwork — Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organizations, including significant experience with off-shore teams and delivery - Client focus — Must apply a client-centric mindset and ensure that all projects keep clients’ stated needs and goals top of mind. - Accountability — Must be willing to take ownership of and responsibility for clients success - Communication and presentation skills — Must present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Innovation, creativity, and problem-solving — Should be willing to think outside the box when confronting project challenges, building out practice assets and defining methods to train delivery resources. - Strategy - Must be able to lay out a strategy or roadmap for clients onboarding or amidst a digital transformation anchored in Financial Services use cases Leadership Qualities: - Must have a strong commitment to living in service to others - Be of outstanding character; a leader who influences others to become the best versions of themselves…
