They will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate, optimize, and modernize building systems while supporting the growth of the division's technical capabilities and market presence. **Your work environment at EXP** - Provide senior technical leadership for complex building and infrastructure projects. - Serve as a subject matter expert in building systems, energy performance, sustainability, and resilience. - Lead technical evaluations, investigations, and engineering studies for existing and new facilities. - Develop innovative solutions that improve operational performance, occupant comfort, reliability, and lifecycle value. - Advise project teams on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and evolving codes and standards. - Support strategic planning efforts related to facility investments, asset management, and long-term capital improvements. - Mentor engineers and technical staff while promoting technical excellence throughout the organization. - Review and provide quality assurance for engineering analyses, reports, and recommendations. - Support business development efforts through client engagement, proposal development, presentations, and thought leadership. - Build and maintain relationships with public-sector, educational, institutional, and private-sector clients. **What your experience looks like** - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). - Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible engineering experience. - Demonstrated expertise in building systems, mechanical infrastructure, and facility performance. - Strong knowledge of sustainability, decarbonization, resilience, and building science principles. - Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and co…
