We offer the following: - FREE Healthcare - HSA option - Dental - Vision - Life Insurance - Dependent & Spouse Life Insurance - Short Term & Long-Term Disability - Critical Illness & Accident coverage - 401K plan with company match - Referral Bonus - Annual college scholarship available for children & grandchildren of PTC employees - Tuition Reimbursement eligibility **Job Description:** Preventive Maintenance Techs are responsible for performing tasks on machinery and equipment to promote consistent and reliable operation of key components. **Responsibilities:** - Check and record fluid levels, cleanliness, and temperatures of various coolants, oils as required - Identify early warning signs of potential equipment failure (unusual data readings, noises, sounds, smells, other indicators) - Use basic monitoring tools to gather data from equipment (temperature guns, multimeters, ammeters, etc.) - Communicate with equipment operators to gather feedback on machine reliability and performance - Suggest changes and improvements to be made to maintain equipment reliability and performance - Perform basic maintenance tasks as directed (bolt on/off (piping, valves, etc.) adding fluids, changing filters, purging/bleeding systems) - Communicating with operators and maintenance team regarding additional actions needed to promote equipment reliability - Assist maintenance team with projects/repairs as needed **Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements:** **Education:**High School or equivalent.
