Change tools and select required machine programs. - Work safely utilizing proper protective equipment and following all safety procedures. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. - Follow all inventory control procedures. - Learn other appropriate job functions and serve as back up when necessary. - Assist with machine preventive maintenance using proper lock out/tag out procedures. - Meet or exceed productivity per company standards. - Other duties as assigned by supervisor. # **Qualifications:** - 2-5 years’ experience on a press brake or similar machine in a manufacturing environment. Experience with Amada is a plus. - Experience in a lean manufacturing or continuous improvement manufacturing environment. - Ability to accurately use and read tape measure. - Ability to read drawings and blueprints. - Attention to detail. - Must pass background check as well as pre-employment physical and drug screen. **Physical Demands:** - Ability to lift to 50 lbs. - Repetitive work. - Standing, bending, stooping. - Several large, loud machines operating at once. - Non-air-conditioned shop, temperature conditions like the outdoors, proper ventilation exists.
