The President oversees all aspects of the business, ensuring strategic growth and profitability without compromising Sciath’s values and maintaining client satisfaction. ## Key Responsibilities ### Strategic Leadership & Vision - Establish and execute the SOD’s long‑term strategic plan, mission, and growth objectives to coincide with and complement the Company’s strategic plan. - Identify, pursue and capture new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand volume, service offerings and customer base. - Ensure the organization remains competitive within the security industry through innovation, training, and continuous improvement. ### Operational Oversight - Direct and oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and high service standards. - Implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to attain and maintain excellence and measure operational achievements. - Ensure all security personnel meet company and regulatory standards, including licensing, training, and compliance requirements.
