REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must obtain a passing score on the state paraeducator assessment, or have completed a minimum of 48 college credit hours. CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or a related degree required. If you don't have a CDA, must be able to obtain the CDA during employment, therefore we will train the right person! Once you obtain the CDA, you will receive a pay increase and $500 pay incentive! Experience working in a preschool classroom and/or childcare center is preferred, but most of all you must enjoy working with young children!
