(Tier 4) Responsible To: Child Care Specialist and Director of Community Education $500 Hiring Bonus: One-time payment upon successful completion of probationary employment period (120 days) $200 Referral Bonus Position Purpose: Provide care for students in program and assist in activities and everyday needs of the site. Give direction to paraprofessionals on site. Major Job Functions/Specific Tasks/Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: See attachment. Qualifications: Current first aid certification (have or willing to obtain); experience working with preschool aged children.
