We’re looking for a **Prep Technician Lead** **(Trade Shows, Exhibits & Events)** to play a critical role in preparing and executing exhibit builds with precision, craftsmanship, and leadership. **What you’ll be doing** As a Prep Technician Lead, you’ll ensure all exhibit structures and components are expertly prepared, assembled, and show-ready whether in our facility or onsite at live events. - Lead the in-house staging, installation, dismantling, packing, cleaning, and repair of exhibit structures and components - Review staged projects to ensure quality, completeness, and adherence to specifications - Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine dimensions and build requirements - Oversee the assembly and erection of exhibit structures and related components - Travel to event sites to supervise installation and dismantle (I&D) of trade show booths and environments - Operate forklifts and aerial lifts (e.g., scissor lifts) safely and effectively - Supervise technicians and contractors within the Services team **If you can do all that, you have what it takes.
