## Description Starting pay $12.77 PLUS TIPS As a Prep Specialist, you'll be a key player behind the scenes, ensuring every ingredient is fresh, every cut is perfect, and every guest receives the high-quality experience they expect from TASTE. **Key Responsibilities:** - Slice meats and cheeses for our signature sandwiches with precision and care - Prep fresh ingredients, including slicing tomatoes and portioning dressings, sauces, and composed salads - Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure all products are prepped and ready for service, maintaining the highest quality standards - Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, preparing items accurately and to order - Support guest and team member needs with flexibility, speed, and a positive attitude - Understand dietary restrictions and allergens, and know how to accommodate guest requests safely and appropriately - Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the kitchen and team ## Requirements - Must 18 years of age or older - Must have weekend availability - Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability PHYSICAL DEMANDS - These physical demands are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
