Designed by award-winning studio Post Company, MOLLIE's interiors are subtly inspired by the Aspen tradition of being firmly grounded while gazing abroad - a seamless blend of understated luxury and residential comfort. The property holds a quiet confidence and commitment to a reduction of excess with interiors that thoughtfully utilize native materials from Aspen and the wider Western region, accentuated with natural woods, earthen ceramics, and hand-dyed textiles. MOLLIE’s lobby fosters an inviting atmosphere for visitors and locals alike, where the eclectic mix of differing personas is celebrated and upheld. Petit Trois Le Valley opened its doors in 2018 in Sherman Oaks. We understand the importance of these qualities and appreciate your commitment to excellence in the kitchen. **Location**: Aspen, CO **Start Date**: ASAP **Employment Type**: Part Time **Schedule:** Varies **Category**: Culinary **Pay Rate**: $25-$27/hour DOE **Job Responsibilities:** • Maintain a strong sense of ownership of culinary offerings provided by MOLLIE Aspen. • Execute Culinary offerings with a high level of precision and care. • Provide inspiration and creative influence on the culinary Team in keeping with MOLLIE Aspen Core Values. • Assist Culinary management in all special projects, kitchen operations, and menu development. • Maintain patron satisfaction by executing, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings. • Maintain Company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP). • Maintain effective communication with the culinary management team, FOH management team, and all staff. • Maintain sanitation standards and procedures that comply with health and legal regulations with the advice of the Company. • Assist in overseeing kitchen staff programming (service and hospitality standards) to ensure all duties are met and exceeded. • Assist in the maintenance of the facility and provide opportunities for improvement. • Work proactively with Event staff to execute all events to MOLLIE Aspen standards. • Assist in training new team members. • Provide leadership to the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. • Maintain a reasonable schedule with flexible availability. • Maintain complete knowledge of products and specifications. This includes ingredients, descriptions, sourcing, brands, allergens, etc. Use heightened awareness on any allergy table, and work to code according to our allergy standards. • Check in with any staff working in your respective space upon arrival.
