Communicates effectively with Talent Acquisition recruiters, leaders, and facility HR on candidate status. Audits candidate records to ensure the integrity of job data, position attributes, pay rates, incentives, and prior employment history. Reviews licenses, certifications, education, and job-specific regulatory requirements to ensure candidates meet job descriptions before third-party verification. Guides candidates through the preboarding process with clear communication, addressing barriers respectfully while maintaining service standards. Provides candidates with job-specific guidelines, incentive agreements, and state-specific forms. Performs primary source verification on licenses and certifications, validating employment eligibility with state regulatory bodies. Uploads required documents to the Document Management System, ensuring the employee file is accurate and complete.
