Location Findlay, OH Key Responsibilities - Direct Instruction: Teach pre-employment and life skills to students in schools, community settings, and via video communication platforms (e.g., Zoom). - Supervision: Provide direct supervision and instruction to students - Reporting: Maintain proficiency in completing reports and invoice documentation, ensuring all student progress and behaviors are accurately recorded. - Site Coordination: Travel to school and business sites to coordinate work-based learning experiences, job shadows, and employer tours. - Confidentiality: Protect all confidential personal information including student disability history and identification, in accordance with state and federal laws. - Office Administration: Complete and manage additional office duties as assigned Qualifications - A minimum of one year of experience in delivering relevant vocational, educational, or independent living services to students with disabilities. - Must be at least 18 years of age. - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Valid Driver’s License and valid auto liability insurance. - Proficiency in digital tools for remote service delivery and electronic documentation.
